To search the Hudson's Bay Company Archives begin by going to the library homepage and click on the "Classic Catalogue" tab and search the terms "HBCA Microfilm":

This will bring you to the record for our HBCA Microfilm collection. Click on the link "Keystone Archives Descriptive Database". This will take you to the Archives of Mantitoba website where you can search the records.

Once on the site, search the terms, company name, location etc. in the search field.

From the results page , make sure you record the reel number (1M####). This is what you will use to locate the film  in the library.

Once you have located the reel number  head to the 2nd floor microfilm collection to retrieve the film.
