The article I found will not download. Why?

There are a few things that might be happening here, but they can easily be solved.

  1. Try using a different browser.
  2. Are you searching at work? Possibly at a hospital or government building? These types of institutions tend to have firewalls which might be preventing you from accessing the desired article. You can solve this issue by logging in to the university remotely. Instructions can be found here: http://www.unbc.ca/its/iss/computer_labs/sts.html. Once you have logged in remotely, you should be able to search databases and download articles easily.
