I am having trouble getting access to databases. Is there a problem with my account?
If you think there is an issue with your library account, the best thing to do is stop by the library and speak with a member of our staff. If you are off campus, please call us at (250) 960-6613.
Have your student card with you, as this is what our staff will need in order to update your account.
Library accounts expire every September, so don't forget to renew your account at the circulation desk every year. Privileges may also be suspended on any accounts that exceed $25.00 worth of fines or outstanding charges for lost items.
