You can reset your pin number online by doing the following:
Go to the login page.
From the Login page, click "Forget your PIN?"
Then enter in your 14 digit library account number as seen below and your information will be sent to you via email.
The other way to do it is to login to your account using your campus wide log-in information. This is the same information you use to log in to your UNBC email account (your last name and first initial, and the password you have chosen).:
Once you are logged in, click modify PIN.
The enter in your new desired PIN number. The changes take effect immediately.
