Once you press the button you will see a page like this one below. These links are showing you the different databases where you can access this article. It is best to click the "View Full Text" link in order to get the most direct route to the article.
Once you have clicked on the article link depending on which database the article is located in you will see the article and a button where you can download the PDF.
