Ideally, the Get it @ UNBC button will take you to your desired article in another database, but sometimes that link breaks. Here is what you can do. 

1) Click the "Report a problem" link on the results page. 

Once you have clicked the "Report a problem" link you will be asked to fill out a form detailing the problem. A member of our team will report the error and send you an email with a resolution.


2) After reporting the error, you can search to see if the article is indexed in another database (click here for instructions) or you can contact the library for help.
