The best thing to do is to contact the Library in person or by phone 250-960-6613.

First, we will ask you to check your property to locate the item/s.

Second, we will launch a search for the book within the library.

  • Any item not returned within 30 days is assumed lost. The patron is sent a billing notice for such items.
  • A $100.00 charge is added to your library account.
  • The charge is waived if the book/item is found or returned.

Please Remember…

Lost library material has a direct impact on the quality and quantity of the library collection. We hope that all members of the University community help to maintain this essential research collection by being responsible for items borrowed.
