When it says the book you are looking for is being "PROCESSED", it means the book is in the library and waiting to be catalogued.

Click on the title of the book to be brought to the item record.

Click the request button and sign in using your UNBC credentials. The book will be rushed catalogued within 24 hours. When the book is ready, it will be placed on the "Hold Shelf" on the 1st floor of the library.
