Below are instructions for accessing the student drive  S://, for both on-campus and off-campus.

Off-Campus

Begin by downloading the VMware Horizon View Client. Instructions for this process can be found here: https://www.unbc.ca/information-technology-services/virtual-desktop-unbc

Open VMware Horizon View Client and sign in using your UNBC credentials. These are the same user name and password that you use for email and Moodle.

Once you have successfully logged in, select "Student Lab".

This will then log you in to a virtual desktop. Once you are logged in, click on the "File Explorer" icon in the menu bar.

From the file menu select "This PC" from the menu on the left hand side of the screen and then "StuDept (s://)". Available department and course folders will appear on the right.

On-Campus

Sign in to any university computer using your UNBC credentials. Open the "File Explorer" icon.

Select the S:// drive as seen below. This will take you to the student drive.

Scroll down and select the desired course folder.
