The easiest way to direct students to the films used in your class is to use the permanent link to the record, which can be found in the library catalogue. To access this link do the following:

Search the film title in the library catalogue, selecting "Title" from the dropdown menu.

From the record's page, click permanent link.

A new url (which is short and permanent) will appear in the browser address bar. Provide your students with this link. Providing your students with this link to the library catalogue ensures that if the vendor, such as NFB or Kanopy, updates their URLs, the students will still be able to access the film from our catalogue.
