If you've found a broken link, or a resource that doesn't work, please let us know! We have a team of folks who will do everything we can to get you access to what you need, and will get back to you within one business day.
There are a few ways to report problems:
Here's a link directly to the Report a Problem form: https://library.unbc.ca/forms/contact-library Please fill in as much information as you can, and include permalinks and screenshots if possible.
If you're on the library's homepage, there's a "Let us know" link at the bottom of the Databases tab:
If you're on any page of the library's website (library.unbc.ca), there's a "Report a Problem" link in the bottom right of each page:
If you're searching in our Classic Catalogue, there's a "Report a Problem" link in the top right corner:
If you're searching in our General Search, the "Report a Problem" link is also in the top right corner of the search results:
All of the above links will take you to our Report a Problem form.
If you've reached our article linker, either from the Get It @ UNBC button in a database or the search results in our General Search, there's a "Report a problem" link on the right side of the page:
This link brings up a shorter form; please describe the problem as well as you can. When you submit this form, it automatically includes additional information, such as a link to the exact page you are on, which is useful for our troubleshooting.
Thank you for your help!
