If you've found a broken link, or a resource that doesn't work, please let us know! We have a team of folks who will work to get you access to what you need. We generally respond to you the next business day.

There are a few ways to report problems:

Here's a link directly to the Report a Problem form: https://library.unbc.ca/forms/contact-library Please fill in as much information as you can, and include permalinks and screenshots if possible.

If you're on the library's homepage, there's a "Let us know" link at the bottom of the Databases tab:

If you're on any page of the library's website (library.unbc.ca), there's a "Report a Problem" link in the bottom right of each page:

All of the above links will take you to our Report a Problem form.

If you're searching in our General Search, the "Report a Broken Link" link can appear in a few places, such as:

Under the "View full text" or "View eBook" button on search results:

Two screenshots of search results. On the left is an article, and on the right is an ebook. Arrows point to the "Report a Broken Link" link on each

Or near each "View full text" link, when the item is in multiple databases:

A screenshot of links for an article; each View full text link goes to a different resource. Arrows point to the Report a Broken Link links.

If you've reached our article linker from the Get It @ UNBC button in a database, there's a "Report a broken link" link near each "View full text" link:

A screenshot of the full text availability for an article. Arrows point to the Report a broken link link for each resource.

These links go to a shorter form; please describe the problem as well as you can.

If you're viewing the Databases list, there's a "Report a Problem" link on the right side of the page, in the Helpful Links section:
