Here are the steps:

  1. Head into MEDLINE, APA PsycINFO, or CINAHL - whichever you're using for a search.
  2. It may ask you to log in with your UNBC account, if so please do.
  3. Up in the top right corner, click the Sign In link. This will automatically create an account for you, and you'll be able to access that account for the rest of your time at UNBC. (If you already had an EBSCO account and you'd like it merged with the one this step creates, please let me know and I can get more info on that process).
  4. You should see the top corner menu change to include a Folder link:
  5. Then go ahead and run your search!
  6. At the search results page, click into the share menu, then in the Add to folder section, click Results (1-50):
  7. And now the annoying part: you'll have to do this for each page of results. However it will add each batch of 50 to the same folder, so once that's done...
  8. ... head up to the folder, select all, and choose Save as file or Export - this will export everything in the folder, up to 999 entries, you won't have to do these a page at a time:
  9. If you'd like to create multiple folders to separate articles for different projects, you can add a folder in the My Custom section on the left, then select all and copy of move the articles in the list over to that:
