Capital IQ provides current and historical information on global company information and market research.

To access this database you will need to sign-in using your UNBC Credentials even if you are on campus.

Once you have successfully signed in you will be brought to a page detailing how to log in to this resource. This information is not to be shared.

You will be asked to log in using the information provided on the previous screen

Once you are in the database, search the name of the company

  • In the lower right screen find the Quick Chart:

  • Use the dropdown menu underneath the Quick Chart to select the stock type or  trading platform or leave it on the default setting.
  • Click on Quick Chart to get additional options:

  • In the Quick Chart box, users may select from a Time Frame along the top: 1M 3M 6M 1Y 3Y 5Y 10Y Max;
    or they may click the “Open in Chart Builder” link to input a specific date range:

  • Use the Open in Chart Builder tool to download any data generated, create charts comparing multiple companies, and to examine stock prices over a specific date range:

  • Click MAX to see all the years available for the corporation’s specific date range:
